1. Introduction
By using Carbon Rent A Car services, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. These terms apply to all reservations and rental agreements made through our website.
2. Reservation Terms
The minimum age requirement to rent a vehicle is 21 years old.
The customer must have a valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
Providing accurate personal information during the reservation process is mandatory.
3. Payment and Deposit Policy
Payment can be made in cash, by card, or online.
The deposit amount may or may not be required and is determined based on the vehicle class, rental period, driving experience, and other factors.
After the rental period ends, the deposit (if required) will be fully refunded upon return of the vehicle, provided there are no fines or damages. Any collected deposit must be clearly stated in the rental agreement.
4. Delivery and Return Policy
The vehicle is delivered at the agreed date and time.
In case of late return, an additional fee may be applied.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was received.
5. Insurance Terms
All vehicles are covered by mandatory liability insurance and comprehensive (CASCO) insurance.
In the event of an accident, the company and the Traffic Police must be contacted immediately.
6. Usage Restrictions
Subleasing or transferring the vehicle to third parties is strictly prohibited.
The vehicle may only be used within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Use of the vehicle for illegal activities or in violation of traffic rules is strictly prohibited.
7. Technical Issues
In case of a vehicle malfunction, contact us immediately.
If necessary, 24/7 roadside assistance and a replacement vehicle will be provided.
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for compensating any damage caused to the vehicle.
The customer must keep the vehicle interior clean and use the vehicle in accordance with operating guidelines.
9. Company Rights
The company reserves the right to refuse a reservation when necessary (in cases of invalid documentation or for security reasons).
The company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on our website.
